General Conditions
Bookings can be made through official channels: website, Contact Center, and authorized offices.
Online bookings are confirmed once full payment (100%) is completed at the time of purchase.

Cancellations and Refunds
– Cancellations within the deadline: full refund.
– Cancellations after the deadline: penalty according to the voucher.
– No-show: charged according to Law 300 of 1996, Article 65.

Modifications and Postponements
Up to 3 date changes allowed, subject to availability.
Changes after the deadline may result in a penalty.

Force Majeure
No penalties apply in verified cases (natural disasters, certified emergencies, public order situations).
